Provider and app license
These terms describe the app’s features and subscription conditions. The license to use the App Store app is governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). These terms supplement that license and do not replace or override it. Apple’s applicable service terms also govern App Store transactions.

Using PauseSnip
PauseSnip detects pauses in imported videos and lets you review, adjust, and export an edited result. Automated detection can make mistakes. Review the preview and exported file before relying on or sharing them, and keep copies of your original media. Temporary editing sessions are not a backup or permanent project-storage service.
Use the app only with content you own or have permission to process. You remain responsible for required permissions from people appearing in recordings and for complying with copyright, privacy, and other applicable laws. Do not use the app for unlawful activity or interfere with its security or purchase controls. Any restrictions are subject to rights granted by applicable law.
You retain ownership of your videos and exports. We do not claim ownership of your content or permission to publish it. If you are not legally able to agree to these terms or authorize purchases, involve a parent or legal guardian as required by local law.
Access and purchases
Available features, free-use allowances, subscription options, billing periods, prices, and any promotional conditions are presented in the app and Apple’s purchase confirmation before you buy. Review those details when making a purchase. Localized pricing and applicable taxes are determined through the App Store.
The app records use of any free-import allowance on your device. This record may survive reinstalling the app; reinstalling does not guarantee a new allowance.
If you purchase an auto-renewing subscription, Apple charges your Apple Account and renews the subscription unless you cancel according to the conditions shown at purchase. Apple handles billing and any notices or consent required for changes to your subscription.
Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Cancellation normally stops future renewals while access continues through the paid period, subject to refunds, revocation, and Apple’s applicable rules.
Apple’s cancellation instructions
Use Restore Purchases in the app with the Apple Account used to purchase. Restoration requires an eligible entitlement and may require internet access. Refund requests for Apple-billed purchases are handled by Apple; eligibility depends on the purchase and applicable consumer law. These terms do not limit statutory refund rights.
Privacy and availability
Our Privacy Policy explains on-device media processing, local storage, purchases, and support communications. The app depends on compatible hardware, operating-system features, available storage, and, for purchases, Apple services. We may provide updates to improve or maintain the app. We do not promise error-free detection or uninterrupted availability.
Your legal rights and changes
The warranty, liability, termination, and governing-law provisions of Apple’s Standard EULA apply to the app license, subject to mandatory local law. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees.
We may update these supplemental terms to reflect changes to the app or applicable requirements. The effective date will identify the current version. Material changes will receive notice, and agreement where required by law. Changes will not retroactively remove accrued rights. Contact contact@cvbuilderkit.app with questions or support requests.
